We are proud to recognize Jessica Heck as our September member of the month. Jess is a great ambassador for BJJ and is responsible for a lot of people trying the art. She is a great team member and is always having fun and her smile puts everyone in a good mood. She is a driving force for the kids class and a great role model. She loves the physical and mental uniqueness of BJJ and how creative jiu jitsu is with everyone having their own unique expression. Her favorite thing about BJJ is welcoming new girls to the art.

Jess has also been very successful in competition. Where she has racked up 38 wins with a 75% sub rate including winning triple gold at the 2023 Arnold Classic.
